A subcommittee of our Board of Directors is researching our club history and putting together historical displays for the club lounge.
At the current time, they are looking for photos and information on the old curling club. If you have anything, please contact the club at beausejourcurlingclub@gmail.com. Photos will be scanned and returned to you.
Congratulations to club member Kade Buss on being awarded the Beausejour Curling Club Scholarship as well as the Robert Rondeau Memorial Curling Scholarship at today's Ecole Edward Schreyer School graduation ceremony.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table and purchased popcorn. We sold out over an hour before the end of the event. We are looking at setting up a table at a community event or market in September closer to the start of curling and we'll have more popcorn available then.
If you missed the chance to add your name to our email list to get registration information in the fall, you can send an email to beausejourcurling@gmail.com and we'll add you to the list.
In cooperation with the Brokenhead River Community Foundation (BRCF), our club has recently established a new post-secondary school scholarship to be awarded to a current Beausejour Curling Club (BCC) member in their high school senior year. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school student who is a member of the Beausejour Curling Club and who is attending a post-secondary university or college. We anticipate awarding this scholarship beginning in 2023.
In addition, the BRCF also administers a second curling-related post-secondary scholarship (Bob Rondeau Memorial Curling Scholarship). Unlike the BCC scholarship, successful applicants do not need to be members of the BCC.
Donations made to either scholarship are tax-deductible and are administered by the BRCF. Donations to the BCC Scholarship and/or the Bob Rondeau Memorial Curling Scholarship can be made to the BRCF office either online or in-person https://brcfoundation.ca/donations/how-to-donate/
Beausejour Curling Club Mission Statement
The BCC provides, to curlers of all ages and abilities in the Eastman Region, a family oriented experience in an outstanding facility.
